We guarantee that when using our handset adhering to the instructions our handset will result in complete hair removal.

To qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee simply follow the instructions below:

    To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

    1. Trial our handset for at least 75 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
    2. You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
    3. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at moneyback@silknshine.co with your order number, and we will review your application.
    4. All images must have valid time and date stamps.
    5. All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
    6. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
    7. If your application is approved, return the our handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service within 15 days from date of approval to the address to be provided by our customer care team.
    8. We will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

    The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

    For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.

    Please ensure that the detailed User Manual is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

    We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

    Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our technical team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

    Ensure product is carefully packaged in its original packaging in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Silk & Shine.

    We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

    *We ask all customers to allow up to 2 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse*

      Returns

      Silk & Shine will offer a refund on our handset if all components (including any accessories, manuals, and documentation) that was included in original order are returned in the in the same condition that we sent it to the customer.

      If you wish to return your handset, please email us at support@silknshine.co within 14 days of receiving your handset.

      Please do not return the package before contacting us, we cannot guarantee processing your refund if you don't contact us first.

      Ensure product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Silk & Shine.

      We advise to return the handset via trackable mail or to purchase a shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

      Upon return the item will be checked and tested by our technical team to verify its condition and packaging status. As soon as the item is approved by our returns department, we will issue a refund.

      The customer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item. Refund will be minus the shipping and processing costs and customs charges paid by Silk & Shine

      Warranty

      Silk & Shine has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset. 

      If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

      1. Take a clear video of the defect.
      2. Email warranty@silknshine.co with a sentence about the defect and your video attached.
      3. Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with.
      4. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.

      You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application. 

      Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

      To return your product, you should mail your product to the address to be provided by our customer care team.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


      Refunds


      Once your application for 90-day money-back guarentee / warranty / return is approved and the handset is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

      Late or missing refunds


      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Cancellations

      Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their Silk & Shine orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed.
