USA / Australia / United Kingdom / New Zealand / Switzerland / Germany /  France / Singapore / Hong Kong: 5-15 business days

Other Countries: 5-25 business days

Please note that shipping delivery time may vary depending on the shipping country and the stock availability at our nearest warehouse and does not include 1-3 day processing time.

If your product takes over 25 business days to arrive don't hesitate to contact us at support@silknshine.co we will confirm the status for you.

Handling

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please also note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. 

Silk & Shine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Silk & Shine will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel.

Silk & Shine is not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping details when checking out.
